It sounds like you guys did really well on your goals. Don't berate yourself after only the first week about what you didn't get to. Think about what things you got accomplished that you didn't set out to do? Unexpectedly, I outlined a plot bunny for a book that could be a movie to star Rob. Did Stephenie Meyer wait to write down her dream until after her goals for that week were checked off? Nope. She didn't even wait until after having her coffee that morning. She woke up and immediately wrote down that dream.
I wanted to say thank you to everyone for sharing their enthusiasm here for reaching weekly goals, and it already seems we are inspiring each other, which I think is great. How honored we are to hear your personal stories, struggles.
It seems exercising is a common goal so I thought we'd share some tips with each other along with your goal. Oprah's exercise guru always said to drink water prior to your workout because a hydrated body burns calories better.
